We print our posters on FSC Certified 175g/m2 uncoated premium paper. The paper is age resistant and we have chosen a matte surface without reflections to create a premium feel with no glare. We use LexJet Premium 200 gsm paper for framed prints.
The paper used in our posters is produced in United States. The paper mill is certified by FSC and PEFC. The pulp used to create the paper is also certified by FSC and PEFC. These certifications ensure that the trees used in our posters have been harvested in compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as in compliance with the high demands from the FSC Organisation regarding social and environmental sustainability.
Our posters cannot be ordered in other sizes than those listed on the website. Unfortunately, we also don't print customers' own designs.

The framing is made of MDF - a move pointing toward ecological friendliness. Further ensuring durability, the bordering is low maintenance and resistant to swelling and warping. Securely framed in one of three colors (black, white, or walnut), these premium posters exhibit their varied contents through archive-worthy photo paper and ink.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

If you have provided incorrect information such as address, email address or telephone number etc. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so they can try to change your information before the order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out before you contact our Customer Service, as a customer you're responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouse located in United States, UK or Latvia. Delivery is normally within 3-9 business days from the order date. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 3 business days of your order being placed, however please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in the carrier or if our warehouse has an unusually high volume of orders.
The first attempt is always home delivery but if you're not home the freight company will leave a note on your door with more information.
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a 35 € fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Once you've added your products to your cart, and proceeded to checkout, you'll be able to see which service your order will ship with.
Posters and art prints are protected with tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes (circular and triangular).
Framed posters will be packaged in protective cardboard boxes.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please send us an email immediately. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly.
Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Then, after the order has been cancelled, you can go back in and place a new order with the correct items. This way, you can avoid being billed for two orders.
